in realms with a limit of 3 players (those at around €3.94 per month), it only allows 2 players in, the third player is not allowed in, saying that it is full (including the owner), before the problem that occurred on the 15th August of the realms, in these realms there could be 3 players, now maximum 2, please solve the problem.

In general a "2-player realm" should allow two players other than the owner to join. In other words, the owner does not count toward the maximum allowed number of players.
Until the problem with the realms, 3 players could participate when the owner is not playing, after the problem arose this 3 became 2, I think it's a bug.

How is the realm listed in your billing account where you renew it? Generally there are 2-player and 10-player realms.
yesterday there were 2 players in the realm (none of them were the owner) but neither I nor the others were able to enter the realm (even me being the owner and in theory with 2 players I should enter)

I can participate but not when there are 2 players (when in reality I should be able to participate)
Please clarify whether the realm allow two players in addition to the owner or two players including the owner as this is not entirely clear from your description.
