Hunger saturation bar depletes when switching difficulty to Peaceful

When switching difficulty from Easy, Normal, or Hard mode to Peaceful mode on Bedrock Realms, Hunger still depletes when it should not be depleting.

This was a known issue (MC-31819) in Java Edition Realms until May 22, 2024 with fix version 24w21a. This bug, however, has been happening since October 20, 2024 (BE 1.20.31).

This bug means that you cannot sprint or sprint jump once hunger has depleted to below 3, which is a problem since in Peaceful mode hunger should not deplete and you should be able to sprint jump perpetually.

Here's how to replicate this issue:
1. Open a world in Bedrock Realms
2. Switch from Easy/Normal/Hard mode to Peaceful mode.
3. Sometimes, hunger does not deplete, but sometimes it does. It's about 50/50.

It is important to note that leaving and re-joining the realm sometimes fixes the issue.
