Hunger saturation depletes on peaceful difficulty

The Bug

The food saturation value is depleted on peaceful, even though the displayed hunger bar never goes down. Hunger (or any related value, including saturation) should not go down on peaceful.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Eat some food to restore saturation.

  2. Switch to peaceful and run around for a bit. Eventually the hunger bar will start shaking.
