Every time I enter Realms, my default skin is Rana. And when I try to change it, it won't save any other version of this frog girl. I'm currently playing on Nintendo Switch and haven't found other people playing on Nintendo Switch with this problem. Am I doing something wrong?

Does the problem always occur regardless of the skin you choose?
Also, unfortunately .heic images are not supported on our devices and we can't access your attached media. Can i please for media in .jpg, png or mp4 format?
