As you are saying it's occurring mostly on your world. Can i please for attachment with any needed add-ons/behavior packs, data packs, resource pack and world file. Clearly. Everything that is loaded to your realm to allow me verify your world and combination of addons. If Addons are downloaded from marketplace - please describe them with name of the addon and author of the add-on.

I have spent more time trying to reproduce your issue, but unfortunately with no success. Seems like one of your world is affected by the issue. Can you please upload the world and i will try to reproduce your issue on your world? You can download world by going to: Realms Tab -> Select designed slot and edit slot settings -> Download world. Upload the downloaded world to ticket.

What was the orginal game mode and difficulty you have created world with?
Have you tried already to turn-off the settings "keep inventory" and re-turn it to wanted "on" state?

Issue is not occurring on our realms. We was able to locate pale_garden biome on old realms.
To verify out the possibility that you simply didn't come across pale garden but it exists on your realm. Can you guys confirm that issue persists after using command "/Locate biome pale_garden" ? It's a command that allow you to show coordinates for defined in command biome. Before using command travel to not discovered previously areas and enter it on chat while "cheats" are turned On.

As you said it just does not happen anymore on your side. Could you confirm that the problem persists for you after creating new world and attempting to reproduce the issue on that freshly created new world?

Manage realm is accessible only for owner of the realm. Member with Operator role can't access manage realm tab. Operator can't block people from accessing the realm.
If it's larger community, consider using Bedrock Dedicated Server that have bigger capacity and have more options to personalize your server.

We have investigated issue on the same models of Switch with OS version that matches reports from discussion. Unfortunately, We are not being able to reproduce issue on our devices. We will continue our further investigation about the freezes on Nintendo Switch.

Can you please try to reproduce issue on a realm without any add-ons? And also additionally try with a bucked with water while crouching and standing? I was not able to re-produce issue on my side. It can suggest Add-ons are probably interacting in some way with the axolots or buckets.
