Im having trouble joining a mincraft realm. When i try to join it says disconnected from realm. I tried getting help from the customer support and they said its a bug and gave me this link to report the bug.

Im not sure what you mean.
As i told you im not able to join the realm desertgate due to a bug. Ive attached the files showing the error messages. I was informed by the mojang customer support the issue is because of a bug and to report it so i did. Would you like me to attach the email thread of my conversation with the customer support team?
The message in the attachment says that you are not invited. Have you been in contact with the realm owner to make sure they have sent you the invitation and/or added you to the player list?
Also, what country are you located in?
I got the invitation and i joined and when i try to load the game it loads for a while and an option to download resource packs shows up and no matter what i choose the game gets disconnected and it says disconnected from the realm.
Please find the below pictures. I used to be able to join to the realm with no problems but I haven’t been able to join at all now. Im located in Maldives.
