[REALMS-12360] Resolution change not working on realms

I just bought the actions and stuff resource pack and it works fine on my normal worlds when I change the setting on it to 64x resolution however when I try to change it on my realm it keeps reverting the setting back to 16x resolution also if you use the 32x resolution the villagers models don’t load properly
