Actions and stuff resource pack slider

I have a resource pack, I have contacted the developers of actions and stuff and stated that is a Mojang issue, when using this resource pack on a non realm world it works amazingly but when it’s loaded on the realm the slider to change from 16x to 32x to 64x is not accurate and I have tried so many options and in just trying to use this product I paid for.
