I purchased a Realms (+ 10 Friends ) + Marketplace Pass but item doesnt activate on My account.

I purchased Minecraft realms on my Nintendo switch it took my payment and set me up for auto renew and yet I still can’t access realms it tells me to purchase again and when I go to the shop I can’t because I’m already subscribed
