[REALMS-1255] Failed attempting to join realm

I have a long term realm that has 301 days remaining and is used all time and now for some reason when anybody tries to get in to the realm we are faced with the following message:-

'Unable to connect to realm - failed attempting to join realm, please try later'

This has now been like this for over 24 hours, please can you help?_

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce.
