Realm resetting game progress at random times

Between 9pm to 12am AEST, the Realm will freeze for all players and will give an error message of “server maintenance” when trying to connect to the realm. This lasts only a minute or two, but when connecting back to the world, 30 minutes to an hour of progress in the game has been lost. This has been happening every day for a week or so.
