I was invited to a realm, the game on console has a difficult time downloading add ons / packs of the realm so I don't know what they are either. Loading it up, it would go half way to download the realm add ons / packs without issue and then suddenly it'll crash the whole game with a black and purple square pattern along with the message, “ error while downloading packs from server. “ I tried this realm out on my phone and it all went smooth. The realm players don't share the same issue.

If you are using any add-ons, be sure to include the name and creator of each of them.
Videos and screenshots are also helpful, especially if the issue is a “visual” one.
Reports that do not have enough information will be closed as Incomplete.
