I have run into that issue again with uploading an updated version of my project to Minecraft Realms.
I have tried closing and reopening the game and the launcher a few times over the course of a few days to try and get this done, but every time I do, it stalls for a few seconds, greeting me with the "upload failed (-1)", i already tried to upload the project 10x or more and it appears the same error

Similar issue in 1.21.5, trying to upload ANY world fails with message “Upload failed (-1)” after some small percentage of upload, even a world I literally just downloaded from the Realm with NO changes to it.
