When playing on a friend's Minecraft Realm, when playing the game for at least 15 to 20 minutes, game performance begins to suffer, and some game assets do not load when viewed from the opposite way, or sometimes don’t load when traveling elsewhere (Grass doesn’t physically appear; I only know it’s there from the outline.) When playing for another 10, 15 minutes, game performance suffers even more, there’s massive slowdown, and the earlier asset issue begins to affect blocks themselves to where I can see through the blocks and see stuff like the caves below the area.

When trying to open a menu in this state, the game only shows a “Loading” graphic, but as the game slowed too much, the game doesn’t load any menu. This necessitates shutting the game down entirely to escape the problem.

This problem persists between PC, and PlayStation 5. This is not a problem relating to specifications.

This problem was introduced in the latest 1.21.80 patch, too. The prior patch, I was able to play the game for legitimate hours without any problem at all. When the update released was when the problems began.

Having this exact issue on our Realm at the moment. Been happening for roughly a week now. It’s made the game fully unplayable on our realm. Hopefully issue gets sorted very soon!

Same issue. No word from anyone official about any of it. Support cannot even confirm it.

I was told to just trust that the team knows there are server issues and that they are working on it. Ugh. C’mon.
