  • I don’t use any PC recording software; the Nvidia’s own system basically “locks” on the game itself rather than the screens at large, so I can’t use that.

  • If you mean Video settings from the game, I’m not sure how it would help; nothing in the game was altered between the 1.21.132, and the 26.0 update. I could provide my system’s video settings at the earliest convenience.

  • I shouldn’t be using anything classified as “Non-Standard,” the monitors I use are more standard TVs than dedicated Gaming Monitors. A SEIKI-brand TV, and a Sony VIZIO TV (I don’t know the exact models) connected by standard HDMI cables.

Well, somewhat on me: I thought I removed every one of my Addons just to be absolutely sure, but I apparently missed one: An RTX Graphic Pack (Mr. Atlaz’s Completely Normal RTX). Removing it fixes the issue.
I’ll wait for the pack to update, and see if it’s an unusual interaction between the Pack and the Game.
