Various Animations are Broken, and the new Spear is held unusually

Animations regarding Empty Hand, Spears, Tridents, and a few more do not play at all.
The Spear is held at a diagonal, across the screen rather than at the side like every other tool/weapon/item.
Swimming, and Elytra flying appear broken on the Paper Doll and 3rd person view
This happens even on a fresh install of the game.

It happens when interacting with using Spears, an Empty Hand, Trident, Torches, Swimming, and Flying.
