Instead of creepers. Only charged creepers spawn but act as normal ones

I’m having the same issue…see pics above. They are spawning with not a cloud in the sky and no lightning to make them charged.

No add ons, folks on the realm with me and also without me.

Maybe the world files are corrupted? Does this have happen everytime you make a new world?
