Subject: Issues with Realms Connection and Stability after Enabling Vibrant Visuals and Using Mods
I have been experiencing consistent issues connecting to my Realms server, especially after enabling the Vibrant Visuals feature. The connection is unstable, and I often receive the error message "Unable to connect to the world," even though my internet connection is excellent and stable.
Sometimes, I can enter the Realm after reducing the number of mods or disabling certain graphics settings like Fancy Graphics and Prisma Shader, but the problem recurs frequently. It feels like the server allows connection at its own discretion, making multiplayer gameplay frustrating.
I have tried troubleshooting on my side, including checking my internet, disabling mods, and adjusting settings, but the problem persists. I believe the issue stems from server-side instability when handling enhanced graphics features and multiple mods simultaneously.
Environment
Device: PlayStation 5
Version: Minecraft Preview 1.21.90.96
Connection: Stable high-speed Wi-Fi
Add-ons: Multiple mods + Prisma Shader
Graphics Setting: Fancy Graphics ON
Issue Frequency: Happens randomly, but often
Note: Realms used to work fine before Vibrant Visuals feature was enabled.
Extra Info: Prisma Shader was working fine at first, but later on, Realms stopped loading the world while it was active, even when using the same mods as before.
This issue started for me on the 22nd. I got the same thing on two PCs and a PS4 and multiple internet connections at different locations. After 2 days, I was able to connect again, but only about once out of every 10 tries. Restarting the system or app doesn’t help. I also tried disabling resource packs to no avail.
