All the creepers are now charged creepers

All of the creepers since updating to 1.21.82 are spawning as charged creepers. While it makes it easier to see them at night, it’s causing bigger damage on our realm. We’ve saved and logged out and they still spawn that way. I’m not the owner, but it’s on a friend’s server. They have 1.21.82 as well.
