Split Screen Second player can’t log on using their own microsoft account on PS4

Before 1.21.90, two players using one PS4 split screen were able to log in simultaneously using their individual microsoft accounts. After the update to 1.21.90, the second player on PS4 can only log in as player 1’s guest. This is an issue preventing the second player from seamlessly switching from individual screen play to split screen play.
