Realm lags every 30mins-1hr, kicks us out, and once we re-join, we are taken back to an hour ago

Randomly while playing, the realm will lag immensely to which we leave the realm, and attempt to re-join, sometimes an error message comes up, so we wait a few minutes. Once we re-join, the realm has been rolled back from anywhere between 30mins-1hr+. I assume there is an issue with the automatic server saves that occur every 30mins or so. But this has been an issue for us for a while now, not just with this update. If anything, this update has made it worse. Instead of losing 30mins of progress, we lose 1+hrs. This rollback doesn't happen every 30mins, but about once every 2-3 hours. It's making things really unenjoyable. Hoping its fixed soon
