Purchased realms but it wont create it or say ive bought it on xbox

I purchased realms on my xbox, and when doing so faced an error message saying “purchase complate but an error has occured at this time” to which it says i still need to buy it even though its been bought. When will I be able to access it, and if not will I get a refund?
