Errors of 504 and 401 on world upload verification to realms

I have been trying for an entire week to upload a world to Minecraft Realms only for it to fail at 100% verification, giving me mostly error code 401 and 504. I have been to multiple locations for better upload service. When I try to make use of the potential world back-ups, they are all corrupted with the seed being reset but all entities and mobs remaining. This world has only one datapack and I have already shaved as much extra data from it as I could, it is now only 2.1 gigabytes. It is a 5 year old world as well. I have been finding that many people have been having this problem as of the latest 1.21 editions of the game.
