This issue has been happening for 4 months now, I have paid for 4 months of realms and haven’t been able to play on it at all. This is unacceptable. If my card had an error, and I couldn’t make a payment, Mojang or Microsoft would INSTANTLY cut me off, same with anyone else, but since this is an ongoing error on their side that isn't related to their CoPilot AI cash cow they see now issue with leaving it be, after all, I am one customer not using AI stuff, what damage does my 10 bucks do in the long run?
I know this will be marked as resolved and I know there is a megathread, I’ve known about it for months. I just want some sort of reply from anyone that isn't another user having the issue. There isn’t even a reply that’s like “we are currently working on resolving the issue”, it's just “thread locked, use the megathread”
