My realm Keeps on teleporting us back by 10-30 minutes

Me and my friend are playing on this realm we got yesterday and sense then after like an hour or less it will randomly lag and then we will be back to where we were from like 5 up to 30 minutes it erases all our progress and is overall really annoying, has anyone gotten this bug and if so how do you fix it? we've had many realms before and its never done this before
