Uploading world to a realm

I’ve been trying for like two weeks to upload a world that is only 430MB! And it always says ‘an error occurred’ I’ve tried every way to uploaded it but nothing works! It only reaches the half way and then error shows up. I really got annoyed, I need a help now.
