Steps to reproduce the issue:
Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition (latest version).
Go to Realms and select the expired Realm (3-player plan).
Choose Download World.
Wait for the download progress to reach 100%.
Observe that it fails at the end with an error message (“Download failed”).
Expected result:
The Realm world should finish downloading successfully and appear in the local world list.
Actual result:
The download completes up to 100%, then an error occurs, and the world does not appear locally. No error code is shown, only a generic “Download failed” message.
Additional information:
Realm plan: 3-player Bedrock Realm (expired)
World size: ~1.1 GB
World type: Creative with many command blocks and experimental features enabled
No Marketplace packs or custom add-ons are used
Tried downloading from multiple devices (Windows 10 PC, Android, iPad)
Tried switching Realm slots, restoring backups, and re-activating Realm
All attempts fail consistently at the same point
PC is new, with plenty of storage space and a stable internet connection
This world is very important to me; please let me know if it can be manually recovered or if there’s another way to access the latest save.
Thank you very much for your assistance
