Hello,
I’m playing Minecraft Bedrock on PlayStation 5 (not PC), and I can’t upload my local world to my Realm.
The upload always reaches 100%, then shows “An error has occurred” and fails.
I’ve already tried reinstalling the game, clearing cache, restarting the console, removing mobs/packs, freeing storage space, and ensuring stable internet.
The issue still happens every time.
My world file is around 349 MB, and I believe this issue is specific to PS5 Realms, as many other players have reported the same problem.
Please escalate my case to the technical team or help me manually upload my world to my Realm from my account.
This world is very important to me and currently stuck locally on my PS5.

This issue happens on PlayStation 5 (Bedrock Edition) when trying to upload a local world to a Realm.

I have tried reinstalling the game, clearing cache, freeing storage, removing entities, and reducing the world size (around 349 MB) — but the error still happens every time.
I even paid for three different Realm subscriptions to test every possible configuration, but none of them worked — the upload always ends with the same error.
Please investigate this issue for PS5 Realms uploads. Many players are affected by this bug.
