Restore Save Not Working

After falling in lava, the realm owner's HUD spontaneously disappeared and they drowned. We attempted to restore the realm to a recent save from 4 minutes prior. When re entering the realm after restoring the save, the realm owner's arm display and HUD were off and the game was not reset to the save. We attempted multiple other prior saves, even one from about 30 minutes prior, and still had the same issue with the world not updating to that save, and instead, remaining the same. If downloaded, the owner was able to go to the saves just fine, but they were not showing up in the realm. We were only able to reset a prior save by using a save from about an hour prior.
