I cannot access realms on any device or even see proof that I have a realms subscription other than in my apple subscriptions. If I go to the realms option on the main screen it just tries to sell me realms, again. The Realms tab in Play option just fails to load for multiple minutes. If realms is down, there should be a checker to let me know. I just want to play with my little brother. Why should I pay for a service that just does not work and tries to charge me again because it’s broken?

I have the same problem. The world won't load at all, and I can't enter it. I'm demanding a refund because this is the umpteenth time this month that the world hasn't worked.
