[REALMS-14170] Fire not spawning with Flint and Steel, Beds are Obstucted constantly, unable to place redstone

I usee Flint and Steel, No fire. I use fire charge, portals dont work. No fire, Beds are Obstructed no matterr what and I cant place redstone on ground unless wall next to floor has a vine or item like that on it

whats that supposed to mean? happens everywhere on my realm on newest version of bedrock
