I have a technical issue with my realms resetting themselves during every single auto renew payment period.
Context:
I purchased a realm
everything has been fine
the realm auto renew payment comes through
suddenly my current realm has deleted itself, says it is expired and has replaced it with a brand new one.
This keeps happening over and over during every single auto renew period and has been happening for nearly a year. I have emailed and contacted technical support handfuls of times, and all they say is ‘we will reimburse your realm for a month, but when it ends you will need to set up payment again.’ I set up payment again after the reimbursement ends and the same thing just continues to happen. Payment reimbursement does not fix a technical problem.
I previously had payments for realms set up on my iPad but got so frustrated with this issue being reoccuring that I just walked away from MC altogether. When I finally returned, I started playing on console (PS5) and am still having this same issue despite payments being through a different system.
Every time I clone my world and re-upload it new a realm, it gets laggier and laggier. I would like to keep my original realm rather than have infinite seeming amounts of ‘new’ realms that have come in and replaced my previous/current realm for no reason.
So to summarize;
Bought a new Realm.
Realm worked perfectly fine for the month until the auto renew for payment came through, payment DID go through successfully.
When returning to minecraft, saw that my current, realm - named ‘<3’ said ‘expired’ and replaced by a brand new active realm - unnamed as ‘gamertag here's Realm'.
Have not been able to get proper support for this issue.
Issue has been reoccuring on both the iPad/App Store & PS5/Playstation Store. (Payments are NOT happening on both systems at the same time. Currently, my payments are being done through the Playstation Store.)
Issue has been reoccuring for nearly a year.

Devices used: iPad & PS5 | Specific Conditions: N/A unsure of how to 'recreate' as it just keeps happening despite 2 different payment sysems having been used.
