I have the lowest tier of realms, and it is behaving as though realms is full with only 2 players in the realm. The host (me) cannot join. We tried to all get out of the world and have me in first, and then the other 2 players, but it only let me and one other player in, and not the other. I am unsure what the reason for this could be, but it is very frustrating and I am less than pleased, if not shocked.
Environment
I play on mobile, one other player uses mobile and the other uses xbox.

I can confirm I’m experiencing the same issue.
I am the owner of the Realm. Until the latest update, we were able to play together in 3 players without any problems.
After the update, only 2 players can join at the same time. When a third player tries to join, it fails even though the Realm is not full.
This issue started immediately after updating the game.
Please investigate, as this is affecting normal use of the Realm.

Yes, having the same problem. I pay for the three player tier and only two players can join. If both my daughters are in my realm, it tells me my realm is full and won't let me join. Current version of Minecraft on PS5.
