The realm i have for bedrock preview is saying that it cannot be updated to the newer version because others are still logged in. It then says I can have them sign out or try closing the realm to force them to disconnect, and try again. I did try closing the realm and then reopening it, but that did not help. Nobody is currently connected or logged into the realm. It seems to be a bug on the backend. This has been affected like this for over a week. Almost two weeks now. I am paying monthly for a realm but haven’t been able to use it for two weeks, I feel like I’m getting scammed. The only option I see forward is to cancel my subscription, and start up another subscription, manually downloading and uploading the world into the new one. The problem is, I don’t have a standalone realm subscription on the Preview side, because it’s a free realm coming from the paid one on the normal side. Meaning… I’d have to download those worlds, cancel the realm there, then start a new one, upload the worlds, go back to preview, hope I get the offer for the free realm on preview, upload the world again….. SUCH a hassle. Can we please fix this bug? It definitely seems like a bug on the realms side, thinking there is still someone logged in. I am using an Xbox series X, but I have also tried on the TestFlight version of Minecraft preview on iOS and iPadOS. I have also tried on Windows. My friends who are on the realm with me are using Xbox One and Xbox One S. None of us can log into the realm because we all have versions of Minecraft too new to where the realm server is updated to. (Auto updates on all of the Xbox and windows sides…..)
