I kept getting the nethernet error

idk why but I always get the nethernet error midway when I try joining my realms, even my member does. All of us experienced it. It's just working fine in march 30 below. It's just started popping up the error march 31. Now we can't even play in my realms, I still have 27 days. I can't waste those time
