Exiting the realm while riding on a happy Ghast causes the player to die immediately next time the realm is loaded. “Player fell from a great height”. My guess is the Ghast does not get loaded before the player does, so there is effectively nothing beneath them even though the Ghast was there when the realm was exited. This bug has been present for some time and was present in the 1.21.130 release.
