This bug (or a related one) still exists in Bedrock V1.21.31 - weather for two players in the same location is different, for one it is raining and the sky is grey, for the other the sky is blue and not raining.
This also applies to 1.20.62 Update - I have many villagers and many empty beds, but most of the villagers wander around all night instead of sleeping.
This has been an issue with mobs, especially animals, for ages now. I see exactly the same issue on my realm, for some reason it is mostly cows, horses and chickens, but I suspect inanimate objects have disappeared as well.

I have the same issue, this also happens with villagers escaping over a 2 or 3-high wall or fence.

I have not tried this, I have cancelled my realm subscription as it is not as playable as a local world.
