Minecraft Bedrock Realms — World download fails with Error 404

Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with my Minecraft Bedrock Realm.
The Realm itself is fully playable and active — I can join normally, and other players can also join and play without issues.

However, whenever I try to download the world (Save Active World), the download either stays stuck on "Starting Download" forever or eventually returns:

Error code: 404
"Failed to load save file. Please try again later."

Important details:

The world is around 500 MB
The Realm has existed for multiple years
The issue happens on multiple devices (PC and console)
The issue affects all backups, including old ones
Backup entries still show valid dates and file sizes
I can still enter and play the Realm normally
Other players can join without problems
Creating new world activity and forcing autosaves does not fix it
Re-logging into Microsoft/Xbox account does not fix it

This strongly suggests that the Realm world data still exists, but the backup/export files or internal storage references may be corrupted or inaccessible.

Could you please investigate the Realm’s backup storage or repair the export/download functionality?

Thank you.

I swapped Realm slots and restored older backups successfully. The backups are visible and recognized correctly, but every attempt to download any backup fails instantly. This confirms the world data exists, but the export pipeline seems broken.
