realms world uploading speed and workability

i bought a whole month of ps plus and redeemed my free trial of realms so i could start playing on my pc, my almost 2k day world that i made years ago, but after i did that ive been uploading the world to realms for multiple days now and multiple attempts it always says error, ive tried most of the things others have tried, i have seen it has been going on for YEARS and mojang hasnt done ANYTHING about it and it still does not work and people are losing money over it.

in short trying to upload a world to my realms on ps4 so i can play on pc but says error everytime and losing money because of it.
