In the World Edit menu that is loaded within the realm, the installed "Resource packs" are randomly mixed (I think) with the packs from the Marketplace. making it very difficult to find the packs you want to activate.
Steps to replicate:
-Have a realm, -Install some packs (preferably third-party), -go to the new "Realm Hub" menu in your realm, -go to the "Edit world" option within the "World" sub-menu, -Scroll down and open the "resource pack" section, -try searching for installed packs.
(The first image shows how the installed packs should "currently" look, and the second is a video showing the current organization error.
