I have renewed my realm subscription and it says purchases successful but it cannot open the realm right now. It has been a day i have seen other people with similar issues.

I also renewed my Realms 2 days ago… Realms yet won't launch at all, even though the purchase was successful and the payment was processed.
I also renew my realms, and has multiple charges on it. Still, I can’t even play or download my world in Minecraft Realms Bedrock. The size is 1.5GB. I don’t know what to do anymore, I report this issue and there is no responds to my email. It’s more than 5 days since I play my world.
I renewed my Realms subscription last night, rebooted the machine, logged out and back in to minecraft, and of course restarted minecraft, but my Realms still shows expired in the launcher, but on line the account shows renewed.
Any update? Seems there is no other place to get help with this or even chat with someone about this.
After reaching out to help.mionecraft.net, i was able to open a ticket and they resolved the issue I was having. My Realms now shows a valid subscription and works.
