Hello I need help for my realms plus because I just paid the renewal today and got successful but when I open minecraft it still expired TvT (june 18 2026) 😭. I got receipt of the successful transaction, I don't know what to do it that so I need help, Im trying to fix it like log out my Minecraft acc on the game and sign it again but it won't work it say it needs renewal. Please help me.

same isuue but im also getting a internet connection error at the launcher so i cant see the realms in the launcher menu
Same here, Auto subscription on 13 June 2026, worked until 28th June 2026 when I got the “EXPIRED” and Renew button, [on the PC] I hit the renew button it took payment again, foolishly I tried the same on the XBOX it took payment again!
Now Microsoft account shows I have three subscription's called Subscription Server 1, Server 2, Server 3.
I have turned off @Recurring Billing on the Server 2 and 3, and hoping it gets fixed soon or sorts itself out when the original Server 1 Recurring bill is taken in a couple of weeks on the 13th July 2026.
But feeling robbed as I only got half of the current sub and ended up paying again twice and still not receiving the service.
And to top it off, the Microsoft AI Chat Bots were playing tennis with me both blaming the other 🤣
Same tried to report on here but a mod closed it and marked resolved saying it’s not a mojang issue when it clearly is because lots are having this problem
Same! I have paid twice and have two subscriptions now but no access to my realms. This is theft at this point.
