Minecraft renewal problem

I'm experiencing a very similar issue.

I renewed my Minecraft Realm after it expired. The payment was completed successfully, but the Realm I intended to renew still shows as Expired and continues to display the Renew button.

What's even more confusing is that a different Realm, which I did not purchase or renew, became available and I can access it instead.

I previously experienced a similar problem where my Realm took several days to become active after payment. I'm worried this is the same issue happening again.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any update would be appreciated.

I’m in a similar situation on switch 2. The actual version i have is the 1.26.44

I already said it on an other report but at start, when i tried to create a realm, the automatic monthly payment were active but the realm wasn’t even showed like the game has not recognized that i paid for it. Because when i checked the realm options in game, it showed each time the payment i wanted to do for create a realm.

After the first report i’ve done, one of the staff member that respond me, somehow managed to activate the realm for me and i was able to play on it for one month.

But now, it’s been a little more than one month, the realm has expired and i can’t renew it because the game still show me the payment option and is in contradiction with the eshop of my switch witch show that the automatic renewal button is active.

I’m in a similar situation on xbox. mine didnt even expire though the payment went through and then still said expired and wont let us on, its been over two months weve paid 6 separate times now and it still says expired and will not let us on. ive submitted to support for help but they have not responded yet.
