this is happening to me too. its been over 2 months and still no resolution. ive paid 6 total times and even cancelled my subscription to let it actually expire and reactivate it and still nothing.

I’m in a similar situation on xbox. mine didnt even expire though the payment went through and then still said expired and wont let us on, its been over two months weve paid 6 separate times now and it still says expired and will not let us on. ive submitted to support for help but they have not responded yet.

This same thing has been happening to me for over 2 months! ive submitted support requests and nothings happening. on another thread a mod told us that it is microsofts problem not mahjongs and we have to contact them even though they sent us here and our payments went through it just says expired. we were charges 5 times! on the other thread there are people on all platforms with the same issue so it is not the platform! please give us support and let us play again!

microsoft sent me here. i got the refunds taken care of thats not the issue. the REALM itself is not working for me and obviously a bunch of other people. you are taking our money without activating our relams and that is not okay. why would this possibly be a microsoft issue when it is happening to apple, android, pc, xbox, and playstation players? this is OBVIOUSLY a MINECRAFT issue and you need to fix it! microsoft cannot help us within the game that is your job. It is happening to multiple people across platforms and in different areas of the world therefore it is Mahjongs problem and not the platforms. ACCEPT IT AND FIX IT!

microsoft sent me here also. i have paid 5 times the subscription is active however the realm is saying expired. this is not an xbox or microsoft issue this is a minecraft/majong issue especially considering there are hundreds of people with the same issue from all different platforms.
