[REALMS-14458] Realm expired but subscription active

Can’t play realm says expired but I have am active subscription and have been paying for a few years

microsoft sent me here also. i have paid 5 times the subscription is active however the realm is saying expired. this is not an xbox or microsoft issue this is a minecraft/majong issue especially considering there are hundreds of people with the same issue from all different platforms.
