All Realms say Expired despite active subscriptions

Logged in today to see that all my realms say expired. Thought it was odd, but according to my account the subscription was still active.

I canceled my old subscription and renewed the realm I wanted to play, but after loading back in it is still stating that its expired.

This is what happened in my end. Multiple charges and still it stated as “expired” I can’t even download my world in Minecraft Realms Bedrock. The size is 1.5GB. I can’t play it for 5 days and still waiting for their responds.

this is happening to me too. its been over 2 months and still no resolution. ive paid 6 total times and even cancelled my subscription to let it actually expire and reactivate it and still nothing.
