I’m in a similar situation ut on switch 2 with the actual 1.24.44 update.

On switch, if i do Settings then Subscriptions in the main menu, it said “You don’t have an active marketplace pass active. Realm subscriptions are available in the realm hub.”

When i go to the “Realm” button on the main menu, i have the explications screen with the “subscribe” option available like if i had never buy the realm. And i have the 2 realm payment options when i click on the subscribe button.

But, when i choose the realm core option and accept the conditions to pay, the game show a treatment charching screen and send me to the switch eshop. But the switch eshop show that the automatic renewal is already active because i had paid the subscription.

By returning in game, nothing has change and i still have the options for paying the realm.

And selectiong the “renew” option on the expired realm don’t change anything. I still have the same payment screen to renew the realm and the switch eshop that show the active automatic renewal.

The expecting result is: The realm is created or renew

But the actual result is: The realm is not created or not renew

I’m in a similar situation on switch 2. The actual version i have is the 1.26.44

I already said it on an other report but at start, when i tried to create a realm, the automatic monthly payment were active but the realm wasn’t even showed like the game has not recognized that i paid for it. Because when i checked the realm options in game, it showed each time the payment i wanted to do for create a realm.

After the first report i’ve done, one of the staff member that respond me, somehow managed to activate the realm for me and i was able to play on it for one month.

But now, it’s been a little more than one month, the realm has expired and i can’t renew it because the game still show me the payment option and is in contradiction with the eshop of my switch witch show that the automatic renewal button is active.

Actually in 1.26.41 and play on switch 2 with the main game for switch 1.

I had the same mystake but in my case, someone in the support staff has manage to create the realm for me.

Before the realm was created for me, the game has consider that i hadn’t paid for the realm and had simply not created the realm. But, in the eshop of my switch, the automatic payment has being confirmed. So i were in a situation that i paid for nothing.

Now, it’s been aproximatly 1 month and the problem is still here. I have a realm that i can’t renew because the game don’t want to do the renewal of the realm.
