Two confirmed bank transactions and unable to renew

After the realms subscription did not auto renew, I went through the renewal process two different ways. First by clicking renew in the realms screen, and a second time under settings and subscriptions when I thought the first one failed.

Both renewals have issues completed transactions on my bank account while the realm status still shows expired, meaning the money has left the account and bank, and is no the problem of my financial institution. I've also seen others report this and I doubt we all have the same bank. I'm effectively paying two subscriptions and receiving 0.

For context, these renewals were done through the mobile app.
