Going through a Nether Portal and then leaving it causes issues with chests

When you go through a Nether Portal from the Overworld, everything works completely fine. After you go through the Nether Portal back to the Overworld, some large chests visually disconnect, and many become invisible. The chests’ UIs separate, and each chest can be interacted with separately. Leaving the Realm and rejoining temporarily resolves the issue
