Hello Mojang
Our Minecraft Realm has been resetting itself for the past week. We have reset and changed worlds multiple times, and with each new world, we face the same issue. Whenever we leave the game, we lose all of our progress ;-;
My friends and I are still discussing whether or not to pay for the realm's Subscription once our trial is up. But we don't want to pay for something that doesn't work ;-;
If you are able to fix this issue.... could you extend our trial a bit so we can try out the game while it is working? If our server starts functioning properly, we will probably buy the subscription at the end.
